PLEASE NOTE: Dining requests are processed in order of when the request for Early or Main seating was made through Reservations. The group dining request form is a request for table size and who would like to sit together. The available table sizes are 2, 4, 6 and 8. Only a limited number of tables for 8 are available. It is not a guarantee that dinner seating preference or table size requests are confirmed. While we make every effort to accommodate our guest’s request, we reserve the right to make changes based on the overall needs of the ship’s staff.
Please fill out this form completely and return to the Ship Services Department at least 45 days prior to sailing. Please note that guests traveling in the same stateroom need to be assigned to the same dining table. Please leave a blank space between each block of guests that you are requesting to be seated together at a table. All of our dining rooms are completely non-smoking.
